I tried but failed... Numbers and Obediency are those we need in Prefect Board to maintain orders in school...
On the 29th May 2009, school based Teachers' Day celebration was held.. Nevertheless, out of stupidity from certain squatters who have never give a damn to remain peace in the school, had forced the Prefects to lock them out from access to upstairs of the school as first level of lockout... However, the situation got worsen when these rascals refused to enter the hall after recess... This was due to a capture of one of their member smoking in the toilet.
To force for release of their member, they threatened the Head Prefect with a large number of Prefects there only to watch him being threatened... What in the earth are they (Prefects) trying to prove by not helping the Head Prefect... Vasan and I managed to ask them to disperse and force them to be in the hall... The second lockout was then invoked.. All students from Form 1 to Upper 6 are disallowed to leave the hall!! Surprisingly, they are students managed to come out from the hall and punched one of the organizer...
This was ridiculous because Prefects were asked to disallow them from coming out from the hall and the entrance had been closed and guarded by Prefects themselves...
The most disappointing one is, we can't force them (rascals) to be expelled from school (i don't want to comment on this). The most "Cha Tou" thing is that the witness for the smoking case is in danger and the school can't even protect him...
However, we take the chance by lodging few police reports... How absurd that no punishment will be invoked to this despicable rascals of the school...
